Merchandise Returns



Occasionally it becomes necessary to return merchandise for exchange or credit. We have designed a Return Goods Policy to expedite and simplify this process. This policy complies with FDA, DOT, ICC and other applicable government regulations.

All merchandise returned to DMS for credit MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) Number. NO merchandise will be accepted for credit without an authorized RA number. All claims must be made within five (5) business days after receipt of order. Non-stock, special order, and/or items drop shipped directly from the manufacturer may not be returned for credit except when defective, or when shipped in error. Authorized product returns must be returned in original, unopened package and original shipping container where applicable. To obtain an authorized RA number, CLICK HERE or contact DMS. You will then be provided with information on how to return the product(s) to DMS. A restocking fee may apply. Authorized product returns must be received by DMS within 30 days of original ship date.

Credit will be issued only after the merchandise is received and approved by DMS.
