Dove Medical Supply LLC (DMS) ships to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and US Territories. Overseas shipments are available with prior approval from DMS.

Freight Charges: Freight is prepaid and added to the invoice on all orders of stocked items shipped within the 48 contiguous United States via ground service.

Orders over $200 receive free shipping except for special order drop shipments, hazardous shipping charges, liquids over 1 gallon, palletized orders and fees associated with custom delivery such inside delivery, lift gate service and other special requests.

Orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico are shipped via UPS Second Day Air (except hazardous/ORM materials). Orders destined for Guam or the US Virgin Islands are shipped via USPS Express Mail (except hazardous/ORM materials). Freight charges will be added to invoices outside the contiguous 48 states.
